MoCHA Shibuya
Another cat café, MoCHA Shibuya covers occupies two floors and has plenty of seating so it never feels crowded. The interior was designed with the cats in mind, so they have tons of places to run, play, and hide. In addition to snacks and drinks for people, MoCHA sells treats for patrons to feed the cats.

Right next to yoyogi park and just a short walk from Yoyogi Hachiman station is Dog Heart. Play with adorable dogs of several different breeds including toy poodles, beagles and one big fluffy golden retriever. You can even rent a dog for an hour to take for a walk.
Akiba Fukurou
As nocturnal, usually wild creatures, the welfare of owls kept in a cafe will usually be a worry to any customers. But at Akiba Fukurou the birds’ welfare is paramount. They are handled by experts and only small groups can enter the cafe at a time with a reservation being necessary. The owl room has a relaxing atmosphere with white furnishings and classical music. You can stroke the owls and even have one perch on your arm.

The concept of this hedgehog cafe is not just hedgehogs. They take it one step further to, get this, hedgehogs in dollhouses. Each setting is different, dining rooms, classrooms, so that patrons can watch the hedgehogs potter about like prickly little people.
With Bunny
With Bunny is one of the largest animal cafés in Tokyo. It calls itself a bunny theme park. The café takes up five floors, plus a roof terrace for walking the rabbits on nice days. The café lets guests spend all their time with one bunny of their choices. Bunny treats, walks, and other add-ons are available for additional fees.
Fukurou Sabou Owl Café
Fukurou Sabou is another owl café. This small establishment allows diners to get a little closer to the animals. Patrons can choose the owl they would like to meet, and the animal is perched on their arm and shoulder over protective padding for a pet and a photo session.
Kotori Café
If you prefer smaller birds how about Kotori? The name literally means small bird. They have a range of pet birds in large cages for you to watch as you enjoy your food. Unlike the others on the list, there actually is an emphasis on the cafe part and they have a cute bird shaped desserts which should appeal to any ornithology enthusiast.
