For many years, Banh Mi Huynh Hoa has had the reputation of making the best one in Ho Chi Minh City opened from 3 pm to midnight.
You will never see Banh My so full of amazing ingredients like this. The meat slices are thick, the bread is large and flaky, and the veggies are flavored to perfection. Interestingly, you have to be prepared to shout out your order as soon as you make eye contact with the staff because there is no real system of a queue. The sandwiches here are made to order, stuffed with as many as nine layers of cold cuts, and slathered liberally with pate.

Banh My 37 Nguyen Trai
Its name is the combination of the single item on the menu and the street address where it is parked, a small Banh Mi push cart, with an international following and snacking lines of customers. The woman who operates it sets up the cart about 5pm, and might be sold out by 8pm, so you need to get there early.
Specializing in Banh Mi Nem Nuong, it is stuffed with the grilled pork patties, luxurious sticky brown gravy, and freshly cut chunks of cucumber. It has a crisp bite, succulent meat, and the sauce is cloys to your mouth leaving you craving or more.

Banh My Bay Ho
Although this over 80-year-old Banh Mi stall looks simple and small, it has become the symbol of Huynh Khuong Ninh street. Banh Mi is filled with Vietnamese pork roll, cucumber, coriander, chili and paté and pickle. Many old people come back to this stall to enjoy their favorite food while young people come to try the food and learn more about a long history of Banh Mi stall in the city. It is opened from 2pm to 5pm.

Banh My Hoa Ma
Opened in 1960, Banh mi Hoa Ma shop is one of the oldest Banh Mi shop in Saigon. Throughout many years, this shop has not changed so much and been favorite place to eat Banh My of Saigonese.
It is famous for “Pan Banh Mi” (Banh Mi Chao) which is served with a pan in which egg, Vietnamese pork roll (Gio) and Vietnamese fish pie (Cha Ca) are fried and a bigger bread in comparison to normal Vietnamese bread used to make Banh Mi. “Pan Banh Mi” is usually eaten with pickled daikon and carrot, chili paste, soy sauce and black pepper. It is opened from 6am to 11am.
