Ayutthaya

Kanchanaburi
Famous for its historical bridge that stretches over the River Kwai, Kanchanaburi sits just 80 miles west of Bangkok and gives insight into its connection with World War II. You’ll find plenty to see and do in this city if you’re interested in history, with the Hellfire Pass Memorial Museum and Death Railway Museum some of the most notable sites to explore. Pay respects at the Jeath War Museum, then see waterfalls, caves and lakes in Erawan National Park.
