The season for momijigari (leaf viewing) runs from October through November. It’s one of the most beautiful time to visit Japan with stunning red maple leaves throughout the country. Korea - Fall is the perfect “sweater weather”
Fall is claimed to be the best season to visit South Korea for various reasons: After the hot and humid summer, fall is surprisingly refreshing and provides the perfect “sweater weather” – not to warm and not to cold. The country displays its most stunning shades of orange and red when the beautiful autumn leaves appear on the trees. The aroma of roasting chestnuts permeates the busy streets downtown. Sweaters take over the storefronts of the shopping districts of the cities.

Fall in Vietnam is from September to November, which is considered the most romantic time of the year. While Hanoi and Northern Vietnam are favored by nature with cool, mild climate, the Central and the South of Vietnam tend to have more days of drizzling rain.
Visiting Hanoi in fall, you can enjoy a lot of specialties like green young rice (Cốm), dracontomelon (edible fruit named Sấu), blackboard trees (Hoa Sua), etc. Likewise, the North highland areas immerse in yellow grain, which offers spectacular scenes to attract a lot of photographers and travelers.
The Central and the South of Vietnam are less favored in autumn as these regions must experience plenty of rainfall. The temperature range of both areas has least variation of 30 degrees Celsius but traveling to the Central and the South in autumn still brings its own unique experience.
Laos and Cambodia
October and November are some of the best months to visit Southeast Asia. This year, we anticipate even higher demand for fall travel in the region as there are several buzzy new hotel openings.
