Wadi Rum Bedouin Camp
Wadi Rum Bedouin Camp, formerly known as ‘Bedouin Guides’ established for almost 10 years. With many peaks in our desert, there are endless hiking and scrambling possibilities. You can also explore the history of our desert in a jeep or on a camel. Stay at our newly renovated camp in your private tent, relax with the view of sunset, a glass of traditional Bedouin tea or wander around to admire the magnificent rock formations.
Hasan Zawaideh Camp
Another martian camp in Wadi Rum, the Hasan Zawaideh Camp offers both private and shared tents as well as luxurious “martian tents”. And, of course, it is definitely worth upgrading to a martian tent so that you can view the night sky from the comfort of your own bed.
Regardless of what style room you choose, the accommodations in this Bedouin camp are all very clean and beds are comfortable. The air-conditioning will keep you cool in the hot desert sun. And the communal dinners are great fun as you will get to mingle with other travelers and later enjoy local music and a hookah around the fire.
Jamal Rum Camp
Jamal Rum camp is located between the red sand dunes of Wadi Rum. Private accommodation offers traditional Bedouin tents, beach tents to explore the stars and an excellent location to explore the Jordanian desert.
The organizers of Jamal Rum camp organize jeep trips and beauty exploring the Seven Pillars of Wisdom. It offers a special tour that follows the course of Lawrence of Arabia and nomadic inscriptions. In the evening, guests can sit around the campfire and sample authentic nomadic Bedouin food and traditional Bedouin mansaf.
Sun City Camp
Sun City Camp is one of the original luxury desert camps in Wadi Rum. It offers comfortable accommodations or futuristic “martian domes” depending on your preference and budget.
Regardless of your choice, you will have a private bathroom and air conditioning which you will undoubtedly appreciate, especially in Jordan’s hot summer months.
Meals at Sun City Camp are divine with both buffet and a la carte options. They can help you arrange any desert tours that you desire from hiking to horseback riding or jeep tours.
