Phra Nang beach
Located near the southern tip of the peninsula, Phra Nang is just around the corner from Railay’s main beach but is still very much its own piece of paradise. Phra Nang Beach is narrow, but long leaving plenty of space for sunbathing with a wide open view of the sea and the unusual limestone karsts rising out of it.
Tonsai beach
Tonsai Beach is technically not in Railay, but it also closes that most people tend to include it anyway. Located between Ao Nang and Railay Beach, it is a hidden gem of an island. Tonsai is the lesser known of its counterparts, and as a result is a lot more rustic. But in this lies its beauty, and it is the kind of place you come for a day and stay for a week or longer.
East Railay beach
East Railay beach (Sunrise beach) has the least attractive beach in this area. While not technically the sort of beach you’d want to go for swimming or sunbathing, East Railay Beach is still worth a visit.
West Railay beach
West Railay, sometimes known as Sunset beach. West Railay Beach is the peninsula’s main beach and the most popular of the beaches to visit in Railay. There are so many beach activities: going kayaking, taking a stroll down walking street, eating dinner at sunset or even watch the sunset from the beach.
